derby's girlfriend

As I was about to pull into the driveway last night I noticed our next-door-neighbor-dog, Sandy, had recognized my car and was heading towards our house. Sandy is a smart and friendly girl. After I was safely parked she walked right up to my open car door, sat down on the pavement, and said, “Hello, how was your day? Scratch my ears.”
