reunited and it feels so good

Yesterday I had the opportunity to spend most of the day with my friend, Hayley, who I had not seen in almost 15 years. The last time we saw one another was on the day we graduated from high school. Now, we're both living in BG again. We relaxed. We shared coffee, conversation, and some gossip about former classmates. Then we giggled like school girls while we looked up other classmates on myspace (which is how we became reunited, by-the-by). Of course we reminisced. Especially about creative writing class, choir, our favorite teachers, and boys we had crushes on. We spent hours talking and trying to get reacquainted. Of course it's going to take us longer than one afternoon! But it sure was wonderful to be able to spend time with an old friend.
