in college, my bgf (best guy friend) :) learned how to knit. i invited him to my tuesday night craft group. he swore us all to secrecy about his knitting. he came about three times. then amanda and stephanie pulled me aside and told me the group needed to be girls only again and i had to kick him out.
poor dude getting kicked outta craft night...
well, you know . . . i was the progressive one in college! :) the girls needed "girl time" . . . now, my perspective may have been a tad warped since i had just gotten over a looooong term crush on him and watching him knit and tell us that he was praying for his future wife while he knit . . . .well . . .
you know.
Damn straight, knitters are the best people! :^D
