will the yam fry be unbroken? by and by Lord, by and by?

Today I had lunch with Johnny G. at his place of employment. When ever you’re in the NashVegas area you really should treat yourself to a visit of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Yes, even if, like myself, you’re not much of a modern country music fan I promise you’ll find something interesting at the Museum. I like the older, classic country and that is more or less what you’ll find at there. The HOF also has what must be the largest exhibit of Eddie Arnold memorabilia east of the Mississippi. Heck, east of any river in the world. Not to mention that the building is an impressive work of architecture.AND while you’re there enjoy a meal at the SoBro Grill which is inside. Today I had the Fried Green Tomato and Mozzarella BLT with yam fries. OH heavenly orange potato. YUM. They serve oh-so-tasty corn muffins, too. I had a peanut butter banana and bacon sandwich there on the 25th anniversary of Elvis’s death. It was the first time I ever had one. It was way better than I ever considered that it would be.AND John gave me the first two seasons of one of my all-time favorite shows, Wings, on DVD for my birthday. Yippee!! Good convalescent viewing.AND I also was able to see my former neighbor, who also works there, for the first time in a very long time. I miss her so very much. She lives in the lower half of the duplex that my cousin, Eric, and I use to share. It was great to see her.

It was a lunch full O treats!

i LOVE sweet potato fries. do you spell potato with an "e" at the end? or is it tomato that gets the "e"? that vice-president made me all self-conscious! i feel his pain, it is an easy mistake to make!

anyway, they taste really good with blue cheese dressing!
