I didn’t feel like knitting much this weekend. I read
Night over the weekend (heavy stuff). So I guess when I wasn’t reading I didn’t feel like thinking much. Plus, all the projects I’m working on right now require extra thought and the close following of a pattern. I did get a few more rows added to
Bubby (it’s knit in the round on size 3 double pointed needles and they hurt my fingers after awhile-another reason I prefer wooden needles over metal). Meanwhile, the Gauntlets continued to get the silent treatment.

So all I have to show for my weekend is that I finally took some pictures of the iPod cozy I knit a few months back.
I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick (a nice thick

cushy yarn). The cozy is basically a little scarf for my iPod. I cast on 8 stitches and knit it until it was long enough to cover my iPod and have a flap to fasten with a button. I have an iPod Mini but I’m sure you can modify this pattern for The Nano, The Shuffle, or one of the iPods that slices, dices, juliennes, and makes your bed
