When I awoke this morning one of my first thoughts was of how my senior pastor, Rick, was returning after a two month "renewal leave"/sabbatical. I have been really glad that we've been able to give Pastor Rick the opportunity to rest, renew, recharge, and study. However, I am also very glad that he's back. This morning I felt like the Amy Poehler SNL character Kaitlin. I was so tempted to run down the aisle in the middle of church going "Rick! Rick! Rick! Rick! Rick! Rick! Heeeeeaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiccccckkkk!!!!!!". But I didn't want him to think I had gone completely insane while he was gone.
