It's funny that you put an engagement ring as something you want but wouldn't buy for yourself. I thought of the fancy flat iron too. And I'd like a really pretty new dress, but don't want to go spend my money on one.
(And I did just also remember asking for a chain saw. Definitely not what I want to spend money on.)
