.i am moved.

First, what is up with blogger lately & the frustration of trying to upload pix? I have MORE PIX

A heart full of gratitude and joy beats in my chest thanks to LYLASarah and her Hubba Bubba Greg, and Katie, and John for packing a U-Haul with all my stuff on Saturday. They rocked and they rocked hard. This girl with the broke-down back could not have accomplished 1/36th of what you all did and I am so grateful to you for your help and muscle and sweat! And ya’ll did get sweaty! I think all present would agree that Sarah may be the smartest person we know. She was the Madam Foreman who knew how to make it all fit. Seriously, at the start of the day (and after a fitful night's sleep) I was about to cry thinking there was no way we’d be able to get even half of my stuff into that U-Haul. But my friends stuffed that truck to the gills and the little that’s left can make it in a car trip or two (I hope). The ride into Nashville this morning was ideal. Very little traffic and no stand stills. It may have been less “nervousing” than my usual commute. My ever giving parents came to Nash today to finish packing up my kitchen and do some cleaning. This is an amazing gift because I HATE CLEANING MY KITCHEN! And they are going to take some boxes back to BG.

SIDENOTES
We did have the chance to relax a little this weekend and catch the Texas IRL Race. Brazillian Boyfriend won and I am excited because how can you not love Helio Castroneves? However, it just gets old when the same teams dominate race after race. So far this season Target-Ganassi and Team Penske have won every race. *YAWN* I'm ready to see Vitor get his first win or for Scott Sharp to remind everyone that he knows how to git*r*dun (John, that was for you).

As of Thursday the Kentucky Annual Conference approved the merger of Greenwood United Methodist with my home church Broadway UMC. My dad preached preached a most fabulous and inspiring sermon at the new "Broadway-Greenwood campus". A perfect sermon for a newly merged congregation. Then we went to Peppers and as usual my dad ordered a "chimmy-chang-ga".
