Franny's Scarf

While I was visiting Christy in San Diego last month I got to know to her friend, Franny. We got along famously and became quick friends. Franny asked if I would knit her a scarf if she’d buy the yarn. Now, do you know a knitter alive that turns down one of those deals? That’s right…you don’t. I emailed her a few websites to check out (fancy to “inexpensive” and in between). I got a package in the mail a few days ago (Yah! Fun mail! A Package!) She selected the new Lion Brand yarn Fettuccini in Prairie. This yarn is like a felted ribbon. I love the look and feel of it. The colors are great and it’s knitting up very nicely. It has a cushy feel to it. I knit a few rows and sent some pictures to my new friend to see what she thought of the width. Check it…

ha! Sorry, Sarah took these pictures at her cubicle with her digital camera. "It barks."
