Sometimes it's all about the yarn...

It's starting to seem like I'm partial to boulce yarn. But it's a coincidence . Really.

Behold the scarf I made for BTF John's mom. I used Lion Brand Boulce in Popsicle.

It's just a simple garter stitch and I added fringe in the same yarn. I think the yarn makes it look more impressive to non-knitters (example: John)

I also knit a scarf or my Secret Santa at work using the same yarn in Jelly Bean.
